Hi! My name is Jay and I'm the founder of GPS Limitless. I have a background in physical therapy and exercise science. Some of my hobbies include lifting and basketball. However, I like to dabble into creative areas such as songwriting, trying new cooking recipes, and dancing. That being said, I feel like everyone should pursue their endeavors without limit in both their career and personal life! However, they should do it from an informed perspective and with conscious intent.

Prior to embarking on this journey, I would consider myself a rather reserved person. However, I have been noticing growth and change as of late. I hope GPS Limitless can provide some Guidance for People Starting and compliment Your growth!
